This is a smoked sausage, made with high quality Greek pork meat, leaks and onions grown in the area, oregano gathered at the Koziakas mountain and selected spices.
The meat filling is being put in to the pork intestine, then the drying process follows, so that to reach the intended maturity
(450gr).

A classic recipe which brings back memories from the Karamanlidika products of the Cappadocian Greeks.

The ‘Authentic from Trikala’ company was founded in 2003 by Apostolos Skabardonis. The company is located in Filyra, Trikala, right under Mount Koziakas, known in ancient times as Mount Kerketio.

2. TASTE THAT TAKES YOU TO GREECE

 In the production process our company utilizes state of the art equipment, which aim to maintain the product’s traditional character.
High quality domestic meat is being used, along with fresh herbs gathered at the mount Koziakas, leaks and onions that are grown in the area are also included in our homade recipes.
The products have been greatly appreciated by the customers, giving us the chance to not only introduce them locally, but also across the country and even export them to Europe; thereby, succeeding in building a market-leading position.
